Needed to make changes on non-essential insurance and Kira got frustrated when I was not fully understanding her convoluted answers to my questions. Transferred me to Joan mid-sentence and this is where the real unprofessionalism began. Joan raised her voice and started yelling at me while I was asking questions (similar other review). Glad my auto insurance is not with them. Considering contacting State Farm corporate as the unprofessionalism was one of the worst I have experienced. Will never use State Farm again."
