My Chevy Tahoe was hit in a parking lot---a hit and run. State Farm help me find repair shop, but because of some rust by the tire initial repair shop declined to do the repairs. Very frustrating. I called and spoke with Shannon Demona in Joan's office to try and resolve my repair shop issue. Shannon was outstanding. She not only helped me find a new repair shop, one that would actually take and repair my Tahoe, but she followed up first thing the next morning. She ensured I was able to get my Tahoe into the new shop and have my expectations met or exceeded. Great to see someone go out of their way to help a client.
